Founder & Head Priest, Aundha Nagnath Temple
Meet your host
A guesthouse run by the man who performs the temple's rituals.
Shripad Bhopi is the founder of Shri Sadguru Bhakt Nivas and the Head Priest of the Aundha Nagnath Temple — the 8th of the twelve Jyotirlingas.
He performs daily abhishek and leads the grand festival rituals at the temple. For pilgrims, this means pujas are arranged directly with the temple's own priest, and guidance on darshan comes from someone who lives the ritual every day.
The guesthouse was built on a simple idea: a pilgrim who travels far to the Jyotirlinga should be able to stay near the temple with an honest price, a clean room and a host who understands their faith.
“A pilgrim's faith brings them to Aundha Nagnath. My duty is to make sure they leave with both blessings and good memories.”

“The best place for a family stay. Special thanks to the owner who refused drunken persons to stay there in front of me. Really appreciate the decorum of the religious stay at Bhakt Nivas.”
