Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in on the same day. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows without informing us, may be charged for the first night.

The advance paid to lock a hall date is refundable if the event is cancelled at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Payments for puja and astrology services are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refund is due after the service has begun or been performed.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

In genuine emergencies (such as a medical reason) we will always try to be fair — talk to us before your date.
